Shipping Policy

At SpeedTek RC, we offer shipping to both United States of America and worldwide. We primarily use US Post for our deliveries, but please note that if you need to select another courier option or express post, it may incur additional charges. If your delivery method is made by US Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. However, if you choose another courier option, they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.
All orders delivered within United States automatically include tracking details. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for further assistance with tracking at info@speedtekrc.com
Please note that all freight amounts on the website are estimates only. All amounts are subject to change due to packaging, shipping points, and other factors beyond our control. Please contact our customer service team to receive a more accurate quote prior to checking out.
Free Shipping Exceptions:-
Oversize/Overweight Items: Some items are not included in our free freight program due to their excessive weight and/or bulkiness.​
Delivery Times:-​
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (business days) – we endeavor to get your orders to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected. Depending on location, it is 2-7 days.
Please note that our deliveries are left on your premises if no one is present. With “authority to leave,” we cannot be held responsible for these goods. If you need a signature on delivery, please note that it will incur an additional $3.50.​
COVID-19 Update:-
While there are no delays with our dispatching times, the extended COVID-19 lockdowns, limited flights, and high parcel volumes have resulted in many of our courier partners experiencing significant delays in their usual delivery times. In particular, processing facilities have been heavily affected.
